ThinksPro Learning: Refunds Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the course purchase date. To be eligible, users must not have accessed more than 10% of the course content. Refund requests should be sent to info@thinkspro-learning.com with the relevant course name and order number.
2. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be granted for:
Courses where substantial progress (more than 10%) has been made.
Technical issues related to the user’s internet connection or device compatibility.
A change of mind after accessing course content.
4. Chargebacks
We encourage users to contact ThinksPro Learning before initiating a chargeback to resolve any issues. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in account suspension or termination.
In the event of a chargeback, ThinksPro Learning will provide evidence such as access logs, course progress data, and transaction history to the credit card issuer.
Repeated chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in legal action.
5. Compliance with DTI Regulations ThinksPro Learning adheres to consumer protection regulations set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), including policies on refunds, customer rights, and dispute resolution.
